At this time we are only taking guests from Massachusetts and states in the New England that are on the current list of COVID-19 lower-risk states as published by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
If you have an existing reservation and your state is no longer on the low risk list, please review the guidelines for allowed travel outlined on the Mass Travel Restrictions link below.

Please carefully review our policies, practices, and hold-harmless statement detailed below regarding COVID-19 and Social Distancing. We will be carefully adhering to the requirements set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as any additional requirements that may be put in place by our local Board of Health.

Please also review the Massachusetts State Travel Restrictions web page for information regarding state requirements for travelers arriving in Massachusetts. If you are traveling from a high-Risk state, you will be required to present a current negative COVID test upon arrival. Note that the official Massachusetts list of Lower-Risk States changes frequently and abruptly - if you are traveling from outside of Massachusetts, please review this list at least 5 days before your stay to be sure we are all in compliance with state regulations.

We very much look forward to the day that we can return to something close to normal, but until that time we shall operate our establishment in a way that does our best to keep us all healthy!

Masks:
  • There can be no controversy about masks. Your mask is for our protection as well as any other guest that may be here, not yours. If you don't want to wear one, that is fine - you just need to find somewhere else to stay.
  • Masks are required in all common interior areas if within 10 feet of other guests or your hosts.
  • Masks are always required in the kitchen area.
  • Masks are required while walking closely with other non-related guests or your hosts while outside.
  • We will wear masks while preparing and serving your meals, and when near our guests and visitors.
Your Room:
  • All linens, including comforters and pillows, will be changed prior to your stay.
  • All surfaces and commonly touched areas will be thoroughly sanitized prior to your arrival.
  • If you are staying more than one night, we are not permitted enter your room to freshen up or replenish supplies. Ample additional linens and toiletries will be provided and pointed out to you upon arrival. Additional supplies can absolutely be provided upon request.
  • We will only be booking one Loft Room, so the loft is now a private room with a private bath. (We will allow related individuals to book both rooms.)
The Common Areas:
  • All surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between visits.
  • All reading materials and brochures have been removed.
Your Health (and ours):
  • If you are not feeling well, or have been exposed to someone that is COVID-19 Positive, do not come. Even if it is the last minute. Call us and we will arrange a new date for you with no penalty. If a new date can not be arranged, we will refund your payment.
  • Visibly ill people will be required to leave immediately. Please do not put us in the position of having to enforce this rule. There will be no refund or reschedule.
  • If we are ill, or find out that we have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual, we will have no choice but to cancel your stay if it falls within our quarantine period. We will arrange a new date for you or provide a full refund.
We are required to collect the following information from all guests and visitors, in the event that contact tracing becomes necessary:
  • Full name
  • Physical Address
  • Telephone
  • Email Address
COVID-19 RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The current world-wide Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and government mandated "shelter in place/stay at home" or similar orders in many communities underscore the risks associated with  individuals traveling outside of their homes and visiting our Bed & Breakfast.
