Our basic package includes:
Exclusive use of our beautiful grounds for up to 100 event guests
Two days use of the grounds (one for setup and one for the event)
Two night's rental of all three B&B rooms for six guests
Breakfast each morning for your B&B guests
Access to the B&B for hair, makeup, photography, etc.
Two portable flushing restrooms for your event guests
Non-food waste trash and recyclable disposal
What you provide:
Tent, Table, Chair, and Party Item Rentals
Licensed Bartender with proof of insurance
$300 refundable cleanup deposit

*Your caterer should plan on removing all food waste
and related trash from the food servings.
**We are not a place for wild and raucous parties.
We have goats and chickens and honeybees that like the serenity of our woodlands,
and neighbors that like us (and it's important to us that we keep it that way).
