Laurel Ridge B&B is an incredibly private 4,500 square foot log home set in the back corner of 60 beautiful wooded acres in Warren MA.
Our remarkable, one of a kind Bed & Breakfast has been painstakingly hand constructed, with most of the work being done by your hosts, Eric and Linda Esiason and their two sons. Much of the lumber in our amazing B&B was cut from our own trees, and some even came from ancient white pine trees knocked down in the June 1 2011 tornado that ravaged the Brimfield area.
We are perhaps the only "off-grid" B&B in New England, powered entirely by the Sun and the Wind! The only "wire" connecting us to the outside world is nearly a mile of fiber-optic cable to deliver high speed internet to the facility. Our 12,000 watt solar array provides for all the comforts of a grid-tied home - just with no electric bill at the end of the month!
We offer amazing peace, tranquility, and privacy! No street noise. No lawn mowers (except ours from time to time). No loud neighbors. You will hear lots of birds, an occasional owl, and the coyotes off in the woods at night when the moon is just right.
Enjoy a walk down our nearly mile-long private road named Serenity Lane, or take an even more private walk into the woods along one of the trails we are working on blazing through our woodlands.
We have plenty of parking for multiple cars, trailers, vans, box trucks, and even shipping containers for our serious antiques show shoppers!
